So he's a Nobody, whose enough of a Nobody to be part of Organization XIII, but not enough of one to actually get a number.

Hoodsie's Heartless.

He's Hoodsie's Heartless. He, like Xisgam, was able to retain how Hoodsie looked. Due to this, he and Xisgam look almost exactly the same. The only difference is that his eye color is green instead of purple.
