THIS ONE WOMAN WHO WORKED THERE APPLIED FOR A MANAGER POSITION,
AND THE GUY SAID,
'You don't have a place in management.'
And when she asked,
'Is it because I'm a woman, or because I'm black?'
HE SAID,
'Well, two out of two ain't bad.'
I WAS SO PISSED OFF DDDDDDD8<

They treat women like they aren't worth anything,
They don't provide affordable health care benefits for their employees,
The government grants Wal-Mart subsidies, but other community services (schools, fire depts., etc.) suffer, because the communitys' taxes are going into more Wal-Marts.
Wal-Mart runs other, smaller companies out of business, and the taxes we pay, our money,goes into this company.
As if we weren't doing enough by buying their crap?
I bought a backpack from Wal-Mart, but it hardly lasted me the whole /school/year.

And what's more, the people who are making all this, all of our brand new toys and clothes, are forced to pay for rent /and/ the utilities they use, paying the factory, for renting out a dorm.
Could you imagine?
Living at work, and even having to /pay/ to stay there?

And yet, we, as a community, are /paying/ to support this.
Why?
Maybe it's because Wal-Mart runs other businesses out of business.
So some people have no choice but to shop there.
Ever see a hobo on the street?
Next time, maybe you should think,
'I wonder if that's someone who was run out of business by Wal-Mart.'
It just might be.

We pay our hard earned money, to pay this thriving, malignant company.

Well, first of all, in the US it may be different.
Secondly, hiring policies aren't determined by the entire company, but by a single store of the company. So, while one Wal-Mart may have done that, others probably don't.
Often times its not the store at all, but the manager of the single store of the company, as they decide who works there, etc.
