Sticky threads/Announcements

Do some of the threads we have stickied or have as announcements /really/ need to be like that?
I mean, I always thought they were supposed to be for important stuff. Like /important/ stuff, or stuff you think you'll really need to keep track of. >_>

Just a thought though.

Yeah... to be honest, I don't think those top two (Dan's "get this out" thread and Vix's video thread) really do need to be stickies 8U
