So liek, I had an idea, and people seem to like it. We have a series of HL awards, with heaps of different categories. Basically, you nominate people for it, and then when a category has an appropriate number of people nominated, everyone votes for who they think deserves it.

The first thing we need to do:
GET SOME CATEGORIES.
