!Regarding the setting of the place!

The setting will be a remote island off the coast of the UK, so it will be foggy all the time. There is a small clearing near the docks where cabins and such will be set up, and the rest is a dense Spruce & Pine forest.

The large ship pulled into the dock, and was tied in place by the people awaiting it. A ramp was lowered from the ship, and the contestants filed off, holding their luggage. The boat was then untied, and was sent away again, only coming back to pick up the losers.
Kit sniffed the air hesitantly, not liking the crowded feeling. 'So many people...' He thought.
Lachrymose sat down on his suitcase, his eyes drooping, wanting to get to the cabins already.
Ribs shifted his weight from one foot to the other, impatient for someone to announce what was happening.

In the game grounds, William and Trinew were in their division of the supervisor cabin. "They're here," said Trinew, as he looked out the window. "Good," William said. However, they had orders to remain there until the first event started.

The mist chilled through Xifer's body as the large ship pulled into the dock. Xifer had been out on the deckk enjoying the cooling mist. But right as it pulled in, Xifer felt a spooky chill run down his spine. Disturbed by the strange sensation, Xifer walked back into the lobby of the ship. Other passengers were starting to get their bags and everythong together. Xifer didn't need have much baggage. Just a small suitcase with an extra pair of clothes and his lucky wolf fang charm.

Xifer thought to himself, This is going to be interesting....wait till these fools see my powers.. As the other passengers walked out of the ship, Xifer looked around to see his competition. From what he could see, it wouldn't be an easy game to win. Everyone looked very strong and fit for the games. Xifer looked at himself in the mirrors lining the walls in the ship. He sighed as he saw that he looked pitiful and weak.

Finally it was his turn to leave and as he walked outside, he got that chilling sensation again. He shivered but kept walking. But a gut feeling told him that this was going to be a very interesting game...

He wasn't even at the island yet and he wanted to go home. Some competitor he was. Xy sighed, wrapped a blanket around himself, and sat cross-legged on the deck of the ship. Why did it have to be so cold? He hated it. Sighing again, he looked around to see how the other contestants were faring. None of them seemed to be bothered in the least by the temperature; or at least they weren't showing it.

Xy thought for a moment about the other two contestants he'd met so far: Jormungandr (aka: Gamunjr), and Keirlune. Keirlune seemed frail to Xy, with his elf-like build. He didn't seem to have any abilities or weapons other thatn a thin rapier. Gamunjr, however... he seemed like he could easily win the contest. He looked crazed, as if some obsession were driving him onwards. He carried the largest Claymore Xy had ever seen, and had quite an impressive set of armor to go with it. The guy could probably survive a head-on collision with a train and leave unscathed.

...And then there was him, Xy. He didn't really have any powers, nor did he know how to use a weapon. All he had were his wits and resiliance. Was that really going to be enough to get him through this? It was too late for second thoughts now, though. The boat had finally reached its destination. Xy waited while the others filed off. Once he was the only one left, he slowly rose and walked off. What had he gotten himself into?
