yeah, it says error u did not fill in the entire registration or what ever.... Could be a hacking site.... u can try, although its not recomended, highly not so, but u can try to have sum1 try hack into neo and chage ur pass..

But honestly, i wouldn't....i would email neo from the account u signed up on neo from tell them the situation, and give them the site url, and have them check it out
