A strong-willed, fiery girl from Mistralton. Although she loved watching the planes taking off, she thought the rest of the town was rather boring. She left quite often, & one of her hobbies was setting small fires in the drier parts of town (which is, you know. frowned upon). After getting in trouble for the 7563564th time, she left for good, promising to never return. Her parents pretty much gave up on controlling her, but absolutely refused to get her a fire pokemon, so part of her reason for leaving was to get FYAR POKEYMANS.
She met Acid & Kyrro at the desert resort, while she was catching her maractus. They hit it off quite well, Mae enjoyed their style very much & was tired of traveling alone (well she had pokemon but it's not quite the same). so they travel together!

From the energetic town of Nimbasa, Acid has grown to hate the loud, crowdedness of the city, but loves the energy of the attractions & the quiet, somehow mystic appeal of the ferris wheel. It's where he goes to think (despite the somehow constant screaming children in the park). He and his best friend Kyrro are the city's most infamous miscreants, vandalizing the city & generally being obnoxious nuisances (kyrro moreso for the obnoxious bit). Also he totally has a crush on Elesa (shhhh).
So he took off with Kyrro, mainly because he was sick of Nimbasa (but he would miss the ferris wheel. & elesa.), & because adventures are more fun with friends.

A juvenile delinquent hailing from Nimbasa city, his goal is to ditch Unova & go to Hoenn & Sinnoh, where the fabled ~POKEMON CONTESTS~ are. He's very easygoing & doesn't seem to care much about what he does (or the consequences), but he's serious about musicals. It's the one thing in Nimbasa he enjoyed. the small amusement park & sports losing their novelty. But before he leaves Unova, he wants to explore every inch of it & defeat the Pokemon league.
The residents were more than happy when he left with Acid, finally getting a real start on cleaning up the city.

Born & raised in Driftveil, Gait never ventured far from home, although there were places he wanted to see. He didn't have the courage to until he bought fossils off some drifter, & soon the urge to revive them overcame him. He decided with these new pokemon he would start an adventure, Steadfast having been his only companion until then.
He's not shy, but he often doesn't speak unless spoken too, & never expresses his opinion unless exclusively asked. When he does say how he feels, he is always honest, even if it hurts. He doesn't like to instigate & disapproves of gossip & the like, but doesn't say anything about it. He spent a lot of time on route 6, with Steadfast (A BOY & HIS DOG).
He met Vik & Zey at the museum in Nacrene, when Zeycer takes an interest in his spiffy newly revived pokemon. He politely asks to travel with them, since he knows he is weak & there is strength in numbers. vik is like, oh hell no, but zey is like WELL OF COURSE. he's quiet & hardly noticeable anyways. Gait eventually becomes somewhat closer to them (heavy emphasis on eventually), & is quite loyal.

A small-time criminal from Iccirus city. When he was young, he was very shy & timid, his parents gave him Mienfoo for his first pokemon. After many beatings, he eventually learned to fight & stand up for himself, & over the years he became much more confident. He earned the respect of his pokemon, but after a while his confidence turned to cockiness. He became very narcissitic & self-serving, believeing he could take what he wanted. So he set out south, through twist mountain & to driftveil, & caught his ice pokemon. He collected things he found fascinating, like fossils. His alomomola & gothitelle are stolen, but he treats all of his pokemon with an abundance of affection. like... a lot.
He met Leo at Nimbasa city, trying to steal Michelle from him. However, Leo outwitted him, & Kaiv came to grudgingly respect Leo. After some time together they hit it off, discovering that there was a lot about crime to discuss. They're now thick as thieves (actually), insepereable best friends & partners in crime.

Vik was born in Castelia city, where his parents never had time for him. They gave him two pokemon when he was young, a Vullaby & Deino (which aren't very good pokemon for young children, they were just uncommon but cheap to come by). So he grew up, pretty much raised by his pokemon, & adopted their mean & bullying habits. He often explored neighbouring areas, between the two northern bridges to pinwheel forest.
He's pretty much what acid & kyrro are to Nimasa, but the city is too big for him to really make a difference. So he often hangs out in the alleys, mugging people & just being a petty criminal until he was sick of it, & wanted to go somewhere where he would matter. to ~be~ something.
When he decided he was leaving for good, he asked his childhood friend, Zey (who was really his only "friend" & who he kept in contact with somewhat obsessively), to join him. Then he demanded. Then he clarified that it was not a request, & that Zey never had a choice in the matter & THAT THEY WERE GOING ON A FUCKING ADVENTURE WHETHER HE LIKED IT OR NOT.

Leo was born in Striaton city, & spent much of his childhood in the Dreamyard, playing with munnas. He received Socks, his sigilyph, when he was 10, & set off on his journey. He was always heavily fascinated with psychic pokemon, & the mind (or manipulation of it, to be more specific). In Castiela, he ran into an odd little girl who tagged along with him. Which turned out to be a curious zorua. Now possessing a pokemon that could use illusions, he ran many scams, but never stopped traveling. He believed that disguise & illusions were the closest he could come to manipulating the mind.
He met Kaiv in Nimbasa city, managing to outwit him & earn his respect. Although he didn't think too highly of pokemon thieves, he figured that there was strength in numbers, & teamed up with Kaiv. The two are a rather formidable duo, & have been on the rise, comitting more serious crimes & gaining infamy.

Born in Accumula town, but had to move to castiela when he was 8. His first Pokemon was Sekhmet, whom he gave his undivided attention to. After the move, his parents became very busy with work, so he became more independant. He was acquainted with Vik, who's parents' were business partners with his. He stayed in Castelia, enjoying thicity environment & the closeness to the ancient ruins, which he liked to explore when his workload allowed him. He never really cared to stay in touch with Vik, but he seemed to stay in touch somewhat religiously. Zeycer usually prefers to be alone, but Vik & him have certain traits in common & the two get along rather well.
He met Vik again, & Vik practically dragged him out of his office to go on ADVENTURES. He still works a lot, having his pokemon carry his files & whatnot.

Bio:

The youngest in a litter of Zorua, Yami was constantly picked on, not only by her brothers and sisters, but by other neighboring Pokémon, for being weak and afraid. She would eventually fall in love with an older Zorua who was good friends with her family. She would follow him around, never quite able to work up the courage to tell him her feelings. He later evolved far before she did, though she continued to follow him until the day he fell in love with a shiny Zoroark. He knew Yami was watching, and told her she would never amount to anything and that he only tolerated her out of pity.
Heartbroken, Yami fled, using her illusionary powers to take the guise of various shiny Pokémon.
