Alright, so this is kinda serious.

So I'd appreciate it if you actually took it seriously.

So today I went to the dentist. As I'm sure some of you know, I've had problems with chewing the inside of my mouth. Well, every time I go the the dentist I get lectured about it and yatta yatta yatta, I need to stop it could turn into cancer, you get the idea. Well, when I went to the dentist today they noticed a weird spot in my mouth that looked like it could've been chewed but it was in a place I couldn't possibly chew. So, as a safety measure they give me and oral cancer screening, because, for all we know it may just be some kind of condition. Well, apparently its not. Now I'm not saying 'OMFG I HAVE ORAL CANCER.', not at all, all I'm saying is that it could become oral cancer, and I just thought I'd let you all know about it. So yeah.

I hope it's not anything too serious.
It's probably some condition or sore that can be cured with antibiotics or something.

Probably. When I got home I looked at the spot they were talking about and saw nothing.

Because your pretty much removing tissue from the inside of your cheek, forcing new tissue to grow in faster than it normally would, and a mutation is more likely to form the faster a cell divides.
